The menu features an array of distinct house blends, including a Mocha blend known for its bright, refreshing acidity and a Sidamo blend that reveals deep richness and aroma beneath gentle tart notes. Equally notable is the selection of coffees made with fully ripened beans, such as Cleopatra, with its unique sweetness and robust body, and Capeu, offering a sweet aroma and smooth, pleasant acidity.
